Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Cleveland, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,733 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN Surgery Profession: RN Surgery Specialty: RN Surgery Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 06:45 AM - 03:30 PM Hours per Shift: 8.75 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Current RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Experience in scrubbing - Proficiency with Davinci XI robot - Ability to circulate and scrub for posterior eye procedures and eye trauma Description: We are seeking a skilled RN to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in scrubbing and circulating in the operating room. Experience with the Davinci XI robotic system is essential. The candidate should also be able to assist with posterior eye procedures and manage eye trauma. The surgical unit consists of seven operating rooms with a wide variety of procedures performed. Our typical case load includes general surgeries such as hernias, appendectomies, cholecystectomies, and gastrointestinal work. Colorectal surgeries involve both open and laparoscopic bowel resections, including some robotic procedures. Gynecological surgeries include oncologic and benign cases, performed both open and laparoscopically. Urology cases consist of cystoscopies, stent placements, transurethral resections, and laparoscopic nephrectomies. Breast surgeries include biopsies and mastectomies, both with and without reconstruction. The surgical unit operates Monday through Friday, typically finishing by 7 PM or 8 PM. In cases of overstaffing or early room finishes, the team may float to complete procedures in other areas as needed. There will be scheduled weekend call shifts as part of the contract. Candidates should be prepared to work six shifts from 11 AM to 7:45 PM. The main operating room covers additional services, including orthopedic, vascular, ENT, general oncology, transplant, neuro, thoracic, cardiac, and trauma surgeries.
