Employment type: - “Casual Employee” (per diem, hourly clinician role) - Anticipated average of 8–23 patient care hours per week, with actual hours varying according to office needs Location: - Seeing patients across multiple offices in our Cleveland Market - Candidates must be willing to work at any of these locations as needed. What you'll be working on: - Treat patients of all ages (0) - Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role) - Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits - Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams - Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role: - At least 2 years of primary care experience required. - Board Certification in Family Medicine. - Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Ohio. - The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups. - Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes. One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay range for this role is $135.00 per hour based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
