Job Description Bradley Medical Center, an affiliate of
Vitruvian Health and Cleveland Medical Associates in Cleveland, TN
are recruiting a family or internal medicine physician. Cleveland
Medical Associates is committed to providing primary medical care
services to the residents of Bradley County and surrounding
communities in a quality, caring, efficient, and cost-effective

Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive medical care to patients.
Collaborate with other physicians and mid-level providers.
Participate in patient care management and follow-up. Engage in
community outreach and maintain relationships with local patients.
Ideal Personality: Team player who can adapt to the practice's
culture. Strong communication skills, both in-person and via
text/call. Open to various backgrounds, including recent graduates
or experienced physicians. Ability to connect with the community
and respect the legacy of the retiring physician. Practice
Overview: Monday-Thursday, 8-5 and Friday 8-12 Team Composition : 8
providers (5 physicians, 3 mid-levels), with a mix of male and
female providers. Work Environment : Collaborative, with a strong
emphasis on communication and teamwork. Patient Base : Established
community relationships, with a focus on retaining existing patient
volumes. Technology : Familiarity with eClinicalWorks EMR is
preferred. Bradley Medical Center (BMC), an affiliate of Vitruvian
