Travel RN Job Details - Location: Cleveland, Ohio 44195 - Healthcare Setting: Med/Surg Telemetry (MS/Tele), Unit G81 - Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse Contract - Start Date: December 5, 2025 - End Date: March 6, 2026 - Contract Duration: 13 weeks - Shifts: 3x12-hour rotating shifts per week (Day: 7:00am–7:30pm / Night: 7:00pm–7:30am; rotation may be required) - Hours per Week: 36 - Estimated Weekly Salary: $2250–$2310 Registered Nurse Qualifications - Minimum 18 months of permanent experience as a Registered Nurse in Med/Surg Telemetry (MS/Tele) - Recent MS/Tele travel nursing experience accepted - Active and permanent Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license required - Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (active, not pending) - One supervisory reference (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director) in Med/Surg Telemetry required - Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation - Ability to work at least every other holiday during the contract Travel Nurse Responsibilities - Provide high-quality patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry (MS/Tele) hospital unit - Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes - Accurately document all patient care activities in accordance with hospital policies - Participate in orientation, ongoing training, and competency assessments as required for travel nurses - Maintain compliance with all hospital, state, and federal regulatory requirements Apply now to join our team of dedicated travel nurses and take the next step in your Med/Surg Telemetry nursing career in Cleveland, Ohio!
