Details - Job Title: Med/Surg Telemetry RN (Travel Nursing) -
Location: Cleveland, Ohio 44119 - Unit: 8th Floor Medical/Surgical
Telemetry - Employment Type: Travel Nurse Assignment - Shift: Night
Shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (7:00pm – 7:30am) - Hours per
Week: 36 - Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 10/3/2025 – End:
1/2/2026) - Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,780 – $1,910 Med/Surg Tele RN
Qualifications - Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg
Telemetry RN experience required - Active Ohio RN license or
Compact State Registered Nurse license - Current American Heart
Association (AHA) BLS & ACLS certifications - Recent Epic
electronic health record (EHR) charting experience (within last 6
months) - One recent supervisory reference from a Med/Surg
Telemetry manager, ANM, supervisor, director, or charge RN -
Ability to work every other holiday during the contract -
Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and
safeMedicate assessment during orientation (2 attempts maximum)
Registered Nurse Responsibilities - Provide high-quality patient
care on the Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit - Monitor and interpret
telemetry rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient status -
Document all patient care activities using Epic EHR system -
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and
implement patient care plans - Participate in unit-based
assessments and ensure compliance with hospital protocols - Float
to similar nursing units as needed and provide coverage during
