Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace. /n Qualifications Experience /n 1 years of RN experience /n Education /n /n - Other Accredited Program Diploma in Nursing () or /n - (ADN) Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required) /n - (BSN) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred) /n - (MSN) Master's Degree in Nursing (Preferred) /n /n Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities /n /n - Knowledge of nursing process and practice. (Required proficiency) /n - Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed clinical therapies (ie. stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices. (Required proficiency) /n /n Licenses and Certifications /n /n - Registered Nurse (RN), Ohio and/or Multi State Compact License Upon Hire (Required) and /n - Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire (Required) /n - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) May be required based on clinical area standards.
