Summary:We are seeking a Youth Outpatient Therapist to provide
individual and family therapy to children ranging in age from 5-18
years old. As the Outpatient Therapist, you will be expected to
meet the program's productivity target for billable service each
week. You will also provide therapeutic services to children, youth
and their families as well as transitional aged young adults and
new mothers of any age. Service will include, but not be limited
to: individual, group and family therapy, including play therapy;
assessment and diagnosis; parent guidance; information and
referral; advocacy as needed; provide crisis intervention and
crisis coverage.Responsibilities Include:Provide professional
clinical services, including but not limited to: biopsychosocial
assessment, treatment plans and review, individual counseling,
group counseling, family therapy, consultation, aftercare planning,
and termination reportsCollaborate with respective treatment team
members regarding treatment planning, progress, and ongoing needs
in a timely and consistent manner.Contribute to the development and
maintenance of the clinical record through the timely completion of
assigned documentation in accordance with applicable licensing and
accreditation regulations and standards.Qualifications:Master's
Degree in Social Work or related field.Valid Ohio LSW or LPC
required. LISW or LPCC preferred.Sensitivity in relating to persons
of varying backgrounds and demonstrate ability to work with diverse
groups of people possessing various strengths, aptitudes and
abilities. Experience with DBT and/or Play Therapy a plus.Minimum
of 2 years experience in individual, family and group therapy.
Experience working with LGBTQ, military population, and/or drug &
alcohol and/or Autism assessment and treatment a plus.Why Work for
