A School-Based Therapist (full-time) with Encompass Christian Counseling partners with school officials to provide support and mental health and case management services to students and families at assigned schools.Rewards:$1000-2500 Employment bonus - paid within 60 days of employment401(k) with employer matchHealth InsuranceDentalVisionPaid time offpaid holidaysLife Insurance (including optional coverage for dependents)Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's level Social Worker (LSW) - Master's degree strongly preferred - or Master's level Counselor (LPC), with independent licensure preferred (LISW or LPCC, respectively).Experience working with students and families strongly preferred.Responsibilities:Adhere to CCHO's statement of faith and code of conduct.
