*Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - MedSurg Role:*
* Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
* Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
* Monitor patient conditions and respond to any changes promptly.
* Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
* Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and self-care techniques.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

*Requirements for the Registered Nurse - MedSurg Role:*
* Active OH/Compact RN License
* BLS Certifications
* Minimum of 2 years MedSurg experience
