Experience: --- 18 months of role experience is required from any number of months. --- 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required from any number of months. --- 6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission). --- This role may require floating to additional units and locations --- Local & travel allowed. Additional Details: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission 1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment. Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to PRIOR to having ever traveled. 3x12s OR 4x12s D/N rotating shift: 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (shift typically consists of 2 weeks of days followed by 2 weeks of nights etc. and can be further discussed with the NM as needed.) Traveler must work at least every other holiday. Travelers may be submitted for 1 job at a time within the Cleveland Clinic Health System Perm reference is required and must be obtained from the past 12 months Travel reference is required from the most recent assignment- if traveler has travel experience PBDS Assessment is wai = ved. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled. BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date. Facility does not accept any license hits. NIHSS - AHA, Apex, AACME, or Bluecloud only. Details: --- AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: Please request an interview for one match from this facility at a time. You will not interview with the hiring manager if the facility chooses to extend an offer to you for this position. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
