TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44195 Pay Information $2,645 per week About The Position Shift : Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) 27088592EXPPLAT Job Requirements (Travelers will rotate every 2 weeks) MUST HAVE minimum of 18 mos recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. MUST HAVE 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Qualivis --- Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked.
