Certification Details
AHA BLS & ACLS required.
Must be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start.
- Job Details
- Day shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7am-730pm.
- Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel.
- ALL requirements listed in job description & submittal requirements are NON-NEGOTIABLE and no exceptions will be made.
  - Job Requirements
  - MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND.
  - PBDS Assessment - waived.
  - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
  - AHA BLS & ACLS required, MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start.
    - Schedule Information
    - Day shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7am-730pm.
      - Additional Details
      - Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.
      - Qualivis - Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked.
