• AHA BLS & ACLS required
• MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, CHEMO, TNCC, Tech Cert Verification - National, HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement, Acknowledgement of PassFail Testing, State License 1 Verification, NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP), NIH Stroke Certification, Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication), Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, Competency Exam

  • Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am
  • Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
  • Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel.

    • MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
    • AHA BLS & ACLS required, MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start
    • PBDS Assessment - waived
    • ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
    • Qualivis - Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked
