  • Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
  • Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel
  • Recent (within the last 6 months) Epic charting experience is REQUIRED

    • MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
    • AHA BLS & ACLS required
    • TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission
      • Additional Details
      • Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment
      • ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, CHEMO, TNCC, and various other certifications with specific requirements
      • Certain drugs and procedures not required for certain specializations
