Job SummaryUniversity Hospitals is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Stepdown Unit. As a member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and effective age-specific nursing care to patients and families.
• Implement the nursing process to achieve optimal health outcomes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance nursing practice.Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications may be required based on clinical area standards.
