Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at University Hospitals. As an ED Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.Key Responsibilities:

Provide safe and efficient age-specific nursing care to patients and families
Implement the nursing process to deliver effective relationship-based nursing care
Develop and maintain a positive and respectful work environment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and clinical operations
Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledgeRequirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Ability to work varied shifts, including 11am to 11pm and 3pm to 3amWhat We Offer:
