  • Facility is willing to approve up to a 24 week contract. Please confirm your travelers desired contract length at time of submission!
  • MUST HAVE minimum of 18 mos recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
  • MUST HAVE 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments
  • PBDS Assessment - waived
  • ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
  • Qualivis - Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked
    • Job Requirements

    • MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND

      • Schedule Information
      • D/N rotating shift: 3x12's 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm
      • Shift typically consists of 2 weeks of days followed by 2 weeks of nights etc. and can be further discussed with the NM as needed
      • Traveler must work at least every other holiday
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit-Specific Competency Exam required within 12 months of start, and updated annually
          • Additional Details
          • Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment
          • AHA Only (Instructor or Provider); RQI acceptable
          • Module completion required prior to clearance to start
          • Expectation for CL: Status update for onboarding, Following up on modules
