  • Requires 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
  • Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel.
  • MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND.
  • AHA BLS & ACLS required.
  • Recent (within the last 6 months) Epic charting experience is REQUIRED.
  • TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Charge RN refs accepted!
