Advanced Health Care of Landerhaven is a 46 bed short-term rehab/SNF facility whose goal is to assist patients in making the transition from hospital to home. This sub-acute setting has a case load with a majority of orthopedic replacements and fractures as well as stroke patients.At Advanced Health Care we offer all private patient suites, exceptional staff-to-patient ratios, and a state of the art therapy gym.The Staff Nurse position plays a vital role in the patient's recovery process. The nurse is responsible for administering medication and delivering treatments to patients, completing patient skin assessments, charting in the electronic health record and overseeing 2-3 certified nursing assistants.
