Description Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to
patients and families using the nursing process in order to assist
them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health
status. Implements the nursing process by delivering effective
relationship based nursing care. Demonstrates technical skills in
care delivery that result in safe practice and positive care
outcomes. Demonstrates clear communication and effective
collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical operations.
Develops self and contributes to the professional practice of
nursing. Displays leadership that influences optimal clinical and
operational outcomes. ACLS/PALS may be required based on clinical
area standards.Qualifications - Experience: \n o 1 year of RN
experience preferred (in doing so, this leaves you open to
potential new grad RN candidates if the business is willing to
entertain new grad RN talent or RN talent w/less than 1 year
experience. If not, it should read "1 year of RN experience
required.") \n - Education Requirements: \n o Bachelor of Science
in Nursing preferred. \n o Minimum of Diploma/Associate's Degree in
nursing from accredited program required. \n - License
Requirements: \n o Registered nurse with current license to
practice in the state of Ohio required. \n o Current BLS Provider
Certification, issued by the American Heart Association or must be
obtained during Nursing Orientation.
