We are seeking a new Registered Veterinary Technicians to join our team. Your role will be to Must be able to multi task in a fast paced atmosphere Detail oriented Proficient with RVT skills Excellent communication skills. Be compassionate, Carry a positive attitude Must be professional and courteous Highly motivated to work as part of a team. Must share our commitment to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and the highest quality of care to our patients.* * Must be able to assist with wellness appointments, as well as surgeries and treatments. You will work with The Leads Technicians as well as the Veterinarians and report to our Hospital Admin. What You Will Do: Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within our client companies. Conduct regular business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Specific Duties: Efficiently manage multiple phone lines Checking patients in and checking patients out Maintain patient files accurately Provide clients with the education needed for them to provide the best quality of life for their pets. What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: Associate's Degree Customer Service Microchipping IV Catheterization Patient Recovery Preventive Care Heartworm Testing Registered/Certified Veterinary Technician Surgical Monitoring Fluid Therapy Why You'll Love Us: Suburban Veterinary Clinic is a small animal practice that offers so many opportunities to grow as an individual as well as career.
