Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

--- 16 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required.

--- 6 months of experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

--- Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license prior to placement start.

--- This role may require floating to additional units and locations

--- Candidates must live at least 80 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

--- COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Information:

This is a Chemo Therapy Unit

Must have minimum of 18 mos recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.

Must have 18 months perm experience in specialty applying for prior to travel assignments.

Traveler must work at least every other holiday.

All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission

2 references from last 12 months (Nurse Manager reference type)

Driver's license required
