  • 2 years of ER experience

    • Must be at least 60 miles from ANY UH facility to qualify for TravelNEED AT LEAST 1 TRAVEL ASSIGNMENT COMPLETED BEFORE SUBMITTALUnit Description -TRAUMA, STROKE, and STEMI patients in busy ER.Required -2 years of ERBLS / ACLS / NIH / PALSMILEAGE REQUIREMENT: Candidate must be at least 60 miles from ANY UH facility to qualify for Travel. Candidates within 60 miles will qualify for Local. To ensure your candidate meets the requirements, please ensure candidate is not 60 miles from any of the following 4 facilities: UH Portage (Ravenna, OH), UH Elyria (Elyria, OH), UH Samaritan (Ashland, OH), UH Conneaut (Conneaut, OH) regardless of facility candidate will be working.No block scheduling requests, unless for Weekends Only (that will be considered, but not necessarily approved)Fit Test completed on-site. Gentlemen must be clean shaven.Valid State License (required at time of submission) - Single State OH or Multi State License required.
