Job Description $12,000 Sign-on Bonus Everside Health is looking for a full-time relationship-centered family physician to add to our team at our brand new near-site employer-sponsored primary care clinic in Fremont, OH (just north of the US-20 and OH-53 intersection). Position Details Patient population: employees and families of all ages Hours: Up to 24 hours per week Schedule: Flexible Team makeup: one physician and 2 MAs Why Everside Health? We focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and maximizing provider-patient relationships. We seek providers who are passionate about providing full-spectrum primary care resulting in top-notch clinical quality, outstanding service, and increased overall health outcomes. Selling Points: Average of 8-12 patients/day More time spent with patients to enhance relationships and build trust Far less time with ICD-10 coding and admin work vs traditional primary care, and admin time is built into the schedule (no need to take home your work!) The opportunity to really improve patient outcomes with a finite patient panel Benefits (Eligible at 24 hours a week) Five weeks of PTO CME reimbursed up to $3,000 per year, along with 40 hours of time off for CME purposes (pro-rated) Medical licensing and DEA fully reimbursed Malpractice coverage starting from day one Regular provider meetings, such as journal clubs and grand rounds, for ongoing learning, development, and team collaboration Compensation $200,000 to $245,000/yr (negotiable; based on FTE and years of experience) Job Requirements MD or DO Board-certified (or eligible) in Family or Internal Medicine Comfortable performing well-woman exams and prescribing birth control is required Procedure experience is a huge plus!
