  Epic Travel Staffing--is hiring a Travel RN - Cath LabShift: Variable Days / 6:30a-7p and 7a-3:30p, 40hrs per weekLength: 13 Weeks2-12 hour shifts (0) and 2- 8 hour shifts (0).--Call 10 to 14 days in a 6 week period includes one weekend. 2--late days(DOT) in a 6 week periodRequirements:
  • OH License
  • 2 years experience
  • Experienced in diagnostic, interventional procedures and Peripheral procedures
  • MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 PREVIOUS TRAVEL ASSIGNMENT
  • Familiar with impella, IABP,Rota,laser,Inari, penumbra
  • ECMO,TAVRs, LAAO and Mitral clips, if not trained in all of these it is okay
  • BLS
  • Candidate must be at least 60 miles from ANY UH facility**CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 PREVIOUS TRAVEL ASSIGNMENT**Actual schedule is 2-12 hour shifts (0) and 2- 8 hour shifts (0).Call 10 to 14 days in a 6 week period includes one weekend. 2late days(DOT) in a 6 week periodCath Lab RN experienced in diagnostic, interventional procedures and Peripheral proceduresPCI/CTO/STEMIsFamiliar with impella, IABP,Rota,laser,Inari, penumbra.ECMO,TAVRs, LAAO and Mitral clips, if not trained in all of these it is okay.- Will not take less than 13 weeksNo block scheduling requests, unless for Weekends Only (that will be considered, but not necessarily approved)MILEAGE REQUIREMENT: Candidate must be at least 60 miles from ANY UH facility to qualify for Travel Rate. To ensure your candidate meets the requirements, please ensure candidate is not 60 miles from any of the following 3 facilities: UH Portage (Ravenna, OH), UH Elyria (Elyria, OH), , UH Samaritan (Ashland, OH), UH Conneaut, regardless of facility candidate will be working.Former perm employees must wait until after 6 months to be sent in for a positionFormer travel can come back at any timeFit Test completed on-site.
