in Ohio Located in Ashtabula, OH. Full time, permanent position. H1
Visa Eligible. Medical Center in northeastern Ohio invites you to

Pain, CHF, and Stroke Accredited. Compensation & Benefits
-Guaranteed Salary First and Second Year (w/bonus incentives);
Third year Productivity Model (w/bonus incentives). -Start up
packages can include: signing bonus, relocation; loan repayment,
visa processing fees, and tail coverage. Highlights -Part of our
growing 60+ employed provider multi-specialty group practice: 21
PCP's. -186 licensed bed not for profit community hospital.
-Hospitalist to cover admissions. -Cleveland Clinic affiliate
hospital. -Reasonable on Call. -Fully Integrated EMR with the
Cleveland Clinic Health System (EPIC). -Will consider H1B Visa.
-Complimentary Specialty Services to Endocrinology (Dietary,
Surgical, etc). -Well Defined Referral Source from our Employed &
Affiliated Primary Care Physicians. -ACMC is located 50 miles east
of Cleveland, Ohio 40 miles west of Erie , PA: Three Hours to the
Canadian Boarder; Four Hours Southwest of Toronto.
