Candidates within 60 miles will qualify for Local Rate ($90). To ensure your candidate meets the requirements, please ensure candidate is not 60 miles from any of the following 4 facilities: UH Portage (Ravenna, OH), UH Elyria (Elyria, OH), UH Samaritan (Ashland, OH), UH Conneaut (Conneaut, OH) regardless of facility candidate will be working.Facility asks the following -1.RTO: Required at time of submittal. Cannot exceed 5 days in a row or 8 days total. 2.
