- NO FIRST TIME TRAVELERS
- 2 years of Level 1 experience required
- ACLS and BLS required
- Will not take less than 13 weeks
- block scheduling can no longer be requested, unless it's for weekends only (FRI-SUN), which will be considered (no guarantees).

Call - 2 weekend 12hr shifts in house or standby

Circulator and Scrub RN
There may be floating to other ORs within the facility; to include pre-op, post-op, PACU

Per UH policy, candidates cannot request off more than 10 days, with no more than 5 consecutively requested off. Any RTO exceeding this requirement will immediately be removed and asked to trim down to meet this requirement before resubmitting.

SCRUBS ARE PROVIDED

MILEAGE REQUIREMENT: Candidate must be at least 60 miles from ANY UH facility to qualify for Travel Rate. Candidates within 60 miles will qualify for Local Rate ($140). To ensure your candidate meets the requirements, please ensure candidate is not 60 miles from any of the following 3 facilities: UH Portage (Ravenna, OH), UH Elyria (Elyria, OH), , UH Samaritan (Ashland, OH), UH Conneaut, regardless of facility candidate will be working.
RTO: Required at time of submittal. Cannot exceed 5 days in a row or 8 days total.

# of jobs in system we can sub: One job/facility at a time. Submit to job with most interest.

Requires specific amount of exp: Must have 2 years experience in specific specialty. (Level 1 experience required for all CMC jobs)

Valid State License (required at time of submission) - Single State OH or Multi State License required. (OH to become part of the compact January 1, 2023).

Mile Radius Rule Applies: All Travelers located within 60 miles of any UH facility will be considered local.

Local Rules: Local rates apply. Anyone within 60 miles of ANY UH facility (regardless of where candidate is physically working) is considered local. Refer to specific job for rate.

Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby: All Travelers required to float. Lake Health (West & Tripoint) required to float between facilities.

Copy of Certifications: Required in submission profile.

Return Staff Policy: Previous UH employees (regardless of status) are ineligible to apply for a period of 6 months from term date.
