• Employment Type: TravelID: 0 Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Description: NEED AT LEAST 1 TRAVEL ASSIGNMENT COMPLETED BEFORE SUBMITTALUnit Description - Stepdown -Emphasis on chest pain and post heart cath both femoral and TR band access. MCU take pst pacer and defibrillator placement. Post cardioversion also. Drops include Amio Cardizem, Heparin, Lasix. We are a 24 bed all private room - we see suicide, CIWA, Covid, and ICU transfers. Certs required: BLS, ACLS, NIH2 YEARS OF STEPDOWN REQUIRED**Traveler will be expected to float between two facilities - West Medical Center & TriPoint Medical Center. 20 min away from each other**EOW/HOLIDAYNo block scheduling requests, unless for Weekends Only (that will be considered, but not necessarily approved)MILEAGE REQUIREMENT: Candidate must be at least 60 miles from ANY UH facility to qualify for Travel Rate. Candidates within 60 miles will qualify for Local Rate ($90). To ensure your candidate meets the requirements, please ensure candidate is not 60 miles from any of the following 4 facilities: UH Portage (Ravenna, OH), UH Elyria (Elyria, OH), UH Samaritan (Ashland, OH), UH Conneaut (Conneaut, OH) regardless of facility candidate will be working.Facility asks the following -1.RTO: Required at time of submittal. Cannot exceed 5 days in a row or 8 days total. 2. A candidate should only be submitted to maximum of one job at a time within all of UHFormer perm employees must wait until after 6 months to be sent in for a positionFormer travel can come back at any timeFit Test completed on-site. Gentlemen must be clean shaven.Valid State License (required at time of submission) Single State OH or Multi State License required.
