Please no co-worker references, these will not be considered, and profile will be rejected. -Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending. -PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled.Background hits of any kind are to be reviewed by the facilityFacility does not accept any license hits.EFFECTIVE 9/30/22: Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements.
