This position could be based in the following alternate locations: Remote Opportunity The Change Management associate will manage the business change function for smaller lines of business in service. The associate manages the intake, planning, monitoring and tracking of change requests submitted by the business teams to implement regulatory or business driven changes (e.g., product changes, process improvements and system releases) The tracking of each change request ensures all operating procedures, employee training guides and quality control checklists are updated to reflect the new way of working. The Change Management Associate is responsible for prioritizing and making decisions on change implementation for the businesses they manage. The Change Management Associate tracks changes from intake initiation to completion, including writing the communication announcements so that impacted staff are aware of the change. This individual will create the weekly approval agendas, host the weekly approval meetings and receive other change communications that need to be distributed. Major Responsibilities: - The Change Management associate will manage the business change function for specific lines of business in service. Responsible for managing the change, planning, monitoring and tracking of change requests to implement regulatory or business driven changes (e.g., product changes, process improvements and system releasess). - Requires ushering changes through by ensuring the business and support partners are on target for their deliverables required to implement. Requires leadership to manage business as well as support partner expectations. - They will work independently managing smaller lines of business and smaller projects/iniatives. Creating approval agendas, making sure to include all new intake submissions for resource assignment, readiness planning and creating associate readiness plans while influencing management on the implementation plan for change. - Making decisions on prioritization and readiness approaches for their LOBs, working with Management to balance with other changes, making recommendations for messaging and cadence and influencing decisions around prioritization of changes. - Proactively identify and resolve any issues that compromise deadlines, or overall quality of deliverables - Collaborate with and develop strong relationships across all business areas and support teams - Work closely with Senior Change Managers to ensure information about complex changes is reflected in approval agendas and communications on time. - Manage/ maintain annual publishing schedule for change communications for Service line of business areas (e.g., Life Insurance Solutions, Retirement Solutions, Investment Solutions, Claims & Benefits, Product & Funds Onboarding, Product Interviews, & NYLSEC) - Contribute content to the weekly change newsletters; incorporate content provided by Senior Change Managers into communications and distribute - Obtain approval on communications for assigned change intakes - Publish content on corporate intranet and manage archives of prior communications - Assist Senior Change Managers in administrative tasks - Manage smaller initiatives/projects from a Change Management perspective Qualifications: - High school diploma, or GED from an accredited school required. - A minimum of 2 years of experience in call center or service team environment within the Service Organization. - Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and ability to adapt to new technologies (e.g., Intranet, Corporate Messaging Distribution Systems, and Survey Monkey). - Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and be able to collaborate with Senior Change Managers on changes that may have cross functional impacts. - Demonstrated proficiency at managing and prioritizing several projects and deadlines simultaneously.
