Job DescriptionThe Position: VP, People Operations This role reports directly to the SVP, Operations and will play a vital role in leading the next phase of our growth. You will lead recruiting; work with business leaders to develop on-boarding and training plans; and establish individual performance KPIs to help ensure each and every team member is positioned for success. In this role, you will work very closely with the executive management team to plan for growth and profitability by maximizing our most important resource, our people.As an equity partner in the company, you'll have the opportunity to flex your entrepreneurial muscles to develop systems, processes and training to enable our people to excel at their jobs. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the Company's profitability and capabilities to provide industry-leading service to our clients. You'll be given the tools, resources and support you need to achieve your personal and professional objectives.Responsibilities:Help to build and lead our Company in delivering best-in-class people operations, including: recruiting and retention; on-boarding; performance management; learning and development; all to ensure our mission and values grow with the team.Successfully implement strategic and innovative human capital solutions and systems supporting business growth across departments and offices.Serve as a strategic partner and influential contributor to the executive team.Develop and review HR policies and practices, recommend improvements and ensure they are compliant, fair, and reasonable.Drive the Company's approach to people development, including rewarding and growing their high standards of performance while ensuring their leaders have the right tools to nurture their teams.Qualifications and Experience:10+ years of management experience in employee and leadership development, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance at high-growth technology and professional services organizations.Ability to drive change from both direct and dotted line reporting relationships.Strong preference for experience at both large and small organizations.Hands-on leader who has demonstrated the ability to attract, build and scale a highly motivated and talented team in a high growth environment that will work as valued business partner to other departments.Track record of developing innovative and forward-thinking talent strategies and initiatives, and successfully scaling a compelling company culture.Strong project management skills to develop streamlined human resources programs and processes.Deep appreciation for the importance of team design and people alignmentThe Company: Fund That FlipWe are an innovative online lender specializing in short-term real estate loans for professionals that buy, rehabilitate and sell residential property.
