specializing in real estate, fixed income, and equity products. We
provide investment solutions to a broad range of institutional
clients and to high-net-worth clients, mainly through

with a moderate risk profile. The real estate products are mainly
delivered through private funds that primarily own and operate
commercial buildings under lease to agencies of the US government,
and state and local governments. Our fixed income and equity
products are delivered through separately managed accounts, mutual
funds, and intermediaries. The OpportunityThe Director of
Operations manages both shareholder services and real estate fund
operations. This position is responsible to ensure daily back
office operations run efficiently, processes and procedures are
followed (both internally and by external partners), and that

capabilities in acquiring and managing real estate leased to the US
General Services Administration (GSA), which houses key federal
agencies nationwide. We offer separately managed accounts, mutual
funds, sub-advisory services, and bespoke
solutions.Requirements:For both shareholder services and real
estate fundsDefine, implement and maintain processes and procedures
for servicing private and public funds.Work in close partnership
with product and technology teams to enhance and automate key
operational processes, and to develop and enhance product,
management, and other reporting, targeting both efficiency and
scale.Participate in new fund structuring and onboarding of new
products with administrators and custodians.Provide oversight of
service providers as applicable.Work with legal department to
ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (SEC, DOL,
FINRA, ERISA, etc.)Shareholder servicesOversee reconcilement,
performance, trade settlement, new accounts, account maintenance,
proxies, regulatory mailings, and assistance in support of Fixed
Income personnel.Monitor completion of client statements and
booklets.Monitor production schedules for trade settlement, client
statements.Monitor accounts for assignment by custodians to
auto-reconcilement system.Real estate fundsOversee the relationship
with fund administrators and Account Relations Managers, assisting
in escalated matters.Monitor the timely completion, maintenance,
and retention of Fund documents, audit requests, investor
statements, capital distribution notices, etc.Support ongoing
investor inquiries and requests from existing investors in
partnership with investor relations team.Supervision of operations
teamOversee the supervision of staff, fostering a culture of
continuous improvement.Monitor workflows, identify backlogs, and
assist staff in resolution of problems as needed.Determine cross
training needs to ensure coverage during absences.Conduct
performance reviews and provide counseling as needed.Education,
Skills, Personal Characteristics and Work Experience
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or other
business-related field; Master's Degree and/or CPA or other
accounting designation is a plus10+ years of Accounting and
Operations experience, with a focus on Fund
AdministrationSecurities Operations experience
preferredUnderstanding of product management processes is a
plusPrevious supervisory experience necessaryProven ability to
multi-task and work both independently and as a team player in a
fast-paced, demanding environmentStrong verbal, written, and
interpersonal communication skillsPassion for the application of
innovative technologyWillingness to learn new topics and work in an
