Details:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources
Manager to join our progressive Manufacturing company. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions,
including recruitment, employee relations, performance management,
and legal compliance. This is a permanent position requiring at
least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.
Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement HR strategies and
initiatives in alignment with the overall business strategy.2.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract the best
talent in the industry.3. Develop and oversee a performance
appraisal system that drives high performance.4. Assess training
needs, develop training programs, and facilitate learning and
development initiatives to enhance employees' skills and
productivity.5. Manage disciplinary procedures, terminations, and
handle grievances to maintain harmony and fairness in the
workplace.6. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource
management.7. Develop and administer competitive compensation and
benefits plans.8. Nurture a positive working environment and uphold
our company's HR policies.9. Report directly to senior management
and provide decision support through HR metrics.Qualifications:1.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Master's
degree or relevant certification will be a plus.2. Minimum of 3
years of experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar HR role
in the industry (ideally manufacturing)3. In-depth knowledge of HR
functions and best practices.4. Excellent understanding of labor
laws and disciplinary procedures.5. Proficiency in hiring, firing,
interviewing, and performance evaluations.6. Demonstrable
competency in strategic planning and business development.7. Strong
leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal skills.8.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.9.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.10. Aptitude in
