at our Alliance Office is responsible for overseeing the daily
operations of the front office, providing exceptional patient
service, coordinating patient care, and ensuring efficient
communication and collaboration among team members. This position
involves various administrative tasks, patient management,
scheduling, financial responsibilities, and serving as a liaison
between patients and the medical staff.Responsibilities:Front
Office Operations:Open and close the office daily, ensuring a
smooth start and end to each day.Greet patients warmly, creating a
welcoming and friendly environment.Bid patients farewell and
provide any necessary follow-up instructions.Answer incoming calls
and make outbound calls to patients and prospective
patients.Respond to email inquiries promptly, including booking
appointments.Request online reviews and feedback from
patients.Manage the office email account efficiently.Patient
Management:Manage the patient schedule, ensuring efficient use of
resources and optimal patient care.Coordinate patient cases,
including device orders, deliveries, follow-up appointments, and
recall actions.Ensure accurate and timely entry of patient data and
details of encounters into the system.Assist with patient
scheduling, rescheduling, and appointment reminders.Liaise between
patients, doctors, aides, and other team members to facilitate
smooth patient care.Team Coordination:Communicate and coordinate
effectively with other team members, both on-site and at other
clinic sites.Work collaboratively with the doctor and aide to
provide excellent patient service.Participate actively in staff
meetings, events, and collaboration projects.Serve as a liaison
between patients, the Director of Operations, and other team
members.Administrative Tasks:Perform various administrative tasks,
including data entry, scanning documents, and maintaining
records.Order devices, supplies, and other necessary items for the
office.Process invoices, payments, and insurance claims
accurately.Manage accounts receivable, including printing
statements and checking insurance and third-party payments.Training
and Process Improvement:Engage in ongoing training programs to
enhance skills and knowledge.Identify opportunities for process
improvement and actively contribute to enhancing office
efficiency.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
