About the Position:

Hiring for a Senior Inbound Manager responsible for leading the inbound operations of a high volume, order fulfillment, multi-shift distribution center. The right candidate will provide direct leadership of up to 4 exempt direct reports and indirect supervision of a sizeable non-exempt employee population. You will oversee the function to ensure accurate product receipt, order fulfillment, and optimizing resources and processes while operating within budget.

Requirements:


Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations or equivalent experience
5+ years of progressively responsible management experience in a high volume, multi-shift operation dealing with large employee populations.
