Job Description:

The Treasury Manager will lead the relationships with Mazzella Companies' banks/lenders, implement and manage cash forecasting models, ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational requirements, secure financial operations by monitoring and approving financial processing, manage numerous impress and trust accounts, and support key controls.Maintain banking relationships and identify opportunities to better utilize the organizations banks' servicesMonitoring the cash management process and determine accuracy of cash reportingTrack and report on operating/capital leases, credit line usage, and letters of creditMaintain cash flow by managing cash forecasting models and monitoring bank balances and cash requirementsApprove ledger entries by auditing transactionsSupport annual audits by providing information and responses to auditorsManage and accurately complete periodic bank exams and appraisalsEnsure compliance with weekly and monthly collateral reportingCompletion of all activities in StuckyNet, daily, weekly, and monthlyEnsure compliance with bank credit agreement(s)EducationA high school diploma or GED is required; an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline; in the absence of a degree, directly related job experience serving in a treasury role, where a number of years and proven knowledge may offset the degree requirementExperience & SkillsAt least 2 years of progressively responsible treasury management experienceManufacturing/product-based industry experience preferredERPR experience, NetSuite preferredStrong financial acumen and knowledge of financial processesAbility to work collaboratively across departmental functionsStrong analytical, conceptual, and planning skills are requiredAbility to communicate effectively at all levels of the organizationAbility to work under pressure and show evidence of creative thinking as well as the ability to handle complex problems in a timely mannerProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe Mazzella WayMazzella is a family owned company that puts people first.
