Direct involvement in preparation of
a project schedule and continually review to make sure the project
schedule is -adhered to -Responsible for the overall safety,
direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction
projects from initial budget through project closeout -See that
labor costs are optimized through ongoing oversight and planning
with the appropriate subcontractors -Proficient with job progress
within Project Management Software (daily, weekly progress
reporting) -Attend daily/weekly construction meetings as projects
require -Coordinate the need, use and movement of materials,
equipment -Ensure that all expenditures are first supported by an
approved purchase order --- Manage project costs through the
ongoing evaluation of labor, material, and equipment --- Forecast
and analyze constructions costs, exposures, and profits until

A valid state driver's license (in
good standing) is required -3+ years' experience in Project
Management or Field Supervision -MUST have experience in commercial
roofing -Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Leadership, management and project management skills
-Organizational and time management skills -Computer and Microsoft
Office Skills -Capability of reading blueprints and understanding
them is a plus -This is a position that involves travel, so you
must be willing to travel to various job sites in several market
areas including: Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Dayton,
Louisville and Fort Wayne. However, with CentiMark, you won't have
to worry about the logistics of travel - we'll provide you with a
company vehicle, per diem, and lodging while you're on the road.
