Join MP Biomedicals today to advance your career and help make the world a better place.Job SummaryThe Product Specialist, Molecular Biology is responsible for both molecular biology product lines for the product life cycle management and join together with sales and marketing team to facilitate research use to commercial use product transitions.ResponsibilitiesPGM leads a cross-functional role of existing products management while keep identifying new opportunities to add new products to the portfolio to support the company's strategies.PGM is involved with all product life cycle management aspects associated with product definition, product development, forecasting, pricing, market introduction, sales tools, sales training and promotion plans.Collaborates closely with stakeholders in different functions (Operation, R&D, Finance, Sales, Marketing, etc.) on product life cycle management.Facilitate technical communications between internal and/or external stake holders to smooth operational and commercial transactions.Coordinate with Operation Team (Manufacturing, Purchasing, QC, etc) to rationalize product cost structures, quality attributes to improve efficiencies and margins.Work with Product Development Managers and R&D scientists to input ideas, and assist alongside of in-house R&D activities.Provide content to Marketing Team to build product literature and campaigns, monitor campaign results and support follow-ups.Any other project or tasks as assigned.QualificationsExceptional verbal written communication and linguistic skills.High level of accountabilityProficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.Prominent organization and presentation skills.Excellent time management skills.Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities.Should be honest, assertive and systematic.MS degree in science-related fields (Chemistry, Biology, Clinical Science, etc.).
