RGMs build and inspire their team, creating an environment where employees love to work and Customers love to visit.You will be responsible for achieving yearly sales growth by creating a welcoming environment for your team and customers. Maniacal customer service and operational excellence with integrity is the key. You must be able to organize your time appropriately on a weekly basis to achieve goals, as well as being able to execute training plans in a challenging environment. Our A Player' will be the Manager who enjoys maintaining high morale, mentoring their team and watching them grow.Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of prior managerial experience in the restaurant industry and/or related field
• Preferred: ServSafe Certification- Assistance and education is provided if not certified
• Energetic and excellent communication skills
• Practical/hands-on approach
