POSITION SUMMARY: The Finance Manager plays a key role as financial business partner with Divisional management in analyzing business performance and profitability to provide insightful business intelligence. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: --- Prepare and distribute monthly business KPI analysis and business reporting on sales and profitability --- Perform ad hoc business analysis and special projects for Executive management --- Work closely with sales, operations and administrative departments to communicate and optimize financial performance --- Provides financial analysis, with emphasis on pricing decisions, and customer/product profitability --- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in financial performance EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: --- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or Finance --- SAP, MS Office (Advanced Excel & Access experience) --- 10-15 years of relative business experience --- Managerial experience in an accounting department --- Analytical with strong detail orientation --- Excellent verbal and written communication skills --- Proven leadership ability
