Job Description:Be part of the Enterprise Infrastructure Server Team and lead the team responsible for Enterprise Server Observability. As a member of our Enterprise Server organization, the candidate will help develop the Observability strategy for Enterprise Server, build and drive the Observability roadmap, and participate with the integration fabric that will enable the future Fidelity Observability at scale for on-premises and Public Cloud hosting solutions.The Expertise You Have and The Skills You Bring

• Creative thinking to drive industry leading observability solutions
• Extensive knowledge of Open Telemetry includes tools like Open Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.
• Architecture experience designing and building highly scalable & resilient solution
• Deep understanding on how to design and operate platform-wide services to tackle sophisticated problems.
• Experience working with vendors to drive roadmap and requirement conversations.
• Hands-on cloud (AWS & Azure) engineering experience.
• Outstanding mentoring and coaching skills.
• Ability to drive decisions collaboratively and ensuring follow through with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team member leadership skills and the ability to manage priorities and capability requirements aligned to business needs.
• Understanding of Enterprise Infrastructure's wide customer base
• Proficient in Agile practices and tools
• Demonstrated leadership qualities working with cross-functional geographically distributed teams
• Ability to represent your team/squad in cross-functional meetings
• Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously
