As Senior Manager, Global Learning & Organizational Development,
this role is critical to shape and execute Avient's talent
development strategy. The incumbent will partner with leaders and
the HR organization to understand the business and workforce needs
to develop and deploy programs that unleash the full potential of
our associates. Most notably, this role will continue to enhance
and facilitate our global programs, focused on sharpening
leadership skills at all levels of the organization. Reporting to
the Talent Management Director, this individual will interact at
all levels of the organization across the globe, to ensure the
company is developing employees in a way that is innovative,
collaborative, and effective with a D&I lens.
