Objective:

This key individual will provide day to day leadership within the team at Home Instead and promote a growth minded culture. In our sales manager role, a successful candidate would be able to
develop and execute business development strategies, establish and monitor results-producing relationships with referring physicians, case managers, social workers and other industry related organizations. You would be able to educate team members and referral sources about service capabilities. A sales manager will understand the competitive Home Care environment and act as a key member behind the process of identifying, evaluating, building and implementing new business opportunities that achieve significant revenue and segment profit. Working under minimal supervision, this position is responsible for growing market share across industry - this is done through, qualifying opportunities, penetrating new accounts, expanding existing client relationships, or managing strategic partnerships. We offer a strong PTO package, Health Insurance Benefits, 401K and a Bonus Performance Plan. Salary range starts at a base of $65,000 with commissions. Increase on base is related to sales experience.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead with the company's core values.
  • Establish professional relationships with referral providers.
  • Research and develop client relationships and produce referrals.
  • Develop strategies within your team and other depts for impact in growth
  • Demonstrate the consultative sales process, by one-on-one meetings as well as planning, arranging, and conducting formal group presentations to referral providers.
  • Develop and report KPI's using a marketing plan detailing weekly and monthly activities
  • Sells consultative and makes recommendations to referral providers by offering Home Instead as a solution to meet their needs
  • Nurtures a database of qualified leads from referrals
  • Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
  • Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to the community, clients, prospects, co-workers, and CAREGivers.
  • Operational and office responsibility in a management role.
