Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland is seeking an energetic and mission driven professional to join our team in Ashland and Wayne Counties as an Assistant Director. In this role you will support the Director and work in unison towards maximizing the impact of program operations. You will effectively carry out assigned responsibilities to ensure consistent and effective implementation of daily program operations. You will assist in strategic planning and analysis along with the completion of reports, request for funding proposals, personnel activities, and other duties as assigned to fulfill our mission.Program Statement:The Assistant Director will work in collaboration with the Director to provide oversight, support and guidance to all the programs and staff in Ashland & Wayne Counties. This will include strategic planning, relationship building, grant writing and reporting, personnel activitiesand other duties necessary to insure the success of the agency. The candidate will be expected represent Catholic Charities in the community to funders, clients and other community partners. Direct service to clients and families may be necessary.
