NRP Investments, LLC is currently seeking a Director of Talent
Acquisition at the Cleveland, OH Office.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Talent Acquisition leads a team of recruiters and
is responsible for identifying, developing and executing innovative
and proactive talent acquisition strategies and recruitment
processes to align with current and future business workforce
needs. This role is also responsible for setting strategy,
overseeing and advancing Early Talent and Diversity, Equity and
Inclusion initiatives. This position partners closely with business
leaders and human resource business partners to ensure a
collaborative approach to talent planning, recruitment and
selection.
Essential Functions Statement(s):
NRP Investments, LLC is currently seeking a Director of Talent
Acquisition at the Cleveland, OH Office.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Talent Acquisition leads a team of recruiters and
is responsible for identifying, developing and executing innovative
and proactive talent acquisition strategies and recruitment
processes to align with current and future business workforce
needs. This role is also responsible for setting strategy,
overseeing and advancing Early Talent and Diversity, Equity and
Inclusion initiatives. This position partners closely with business
leaders and human resource business partners to ensure a
collaborative approach to talent planning, recruitment and
selection.
* Select, train, lead, coach and motivate Talent Acquisition Team
to ensure service deliverables and overall talent needs are met.
Identify functional priorities and develop recruiting strategy to
meet recruitment needs for all NRP Business lines. Lead the design,
implementation and continuous improvement of candidate experience,
processes, programs, and recruiting tools. Generate, analyze and
communicate staffing metrics and hiring results. Leverage
technology and tools to drive process efficiencies and gain
meaningful reporting. Source top talent, build pipeline and perform
life cycle recruiting for a broad range of management, professional
and administrative positions. Manage the offer review process;
background and reference checking processes. Train and coach
managers on effective interviewing and selection techniques in
order to ensure that they are equipped to make sound hiring
decisions. Develop and maintain professional relationships with
college, university and community college placement offices as a
source to generate qualified candidates and internships. Manage
relationships with external vendors and partners. Prepare the
Talent Acquisition budget, review all expenditures, continual
review of Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor and other job posting
platforms.
Qualifications
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a
related field required.
Experience:
* Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Talent Acquisition,
Human Resources or related field with at least three (3) years of
experience in full-cycle recruiting at all levels.
* Extensive experience in developing and coaching a team.
* Proven track record for producing hiring results.
* Ability to identify need, develop plan and execute on programs,
processes and practices that support continuous improvement of
recruiting function.
* Demonstrated commitment and experience in identifying strategies
that advance diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.
* Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining professional
contacts.
* Experience with leading or overseeing college recruiting highly
preferred.
Technical Skills:
* Extensive knowledge of the functions and capabilities of an
applicant tracking system (Workday)
* Proficient with Microsoft Office
* PHR and/or SPHR preferred
