Brief DescriptionAs a Customer Success Manager in Zywave's
Enterprise team, you are responsible for creating and maintaining
successful partnerships with the company's largest customers,
ensuring they realize maximum value from our platforms and
services. In this role you will provide strategic support to help
insurance firms build and grow their businesses by utilizing
Zywave's cutting edge software. You must have a strong
understanding of our customer's business objectives and the ability
to identify and articulate how our solution supports achievement of
the Customers' strategic business goals. You will leverage your
mastery of influence and change management work cross-functionally
with our Sales, Support, Product, Marketing, and Professional
Services teams to deliver value, drive adoption/engagement, and
ensure a world-class customer experience.Factors for Success
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is great! But
at least 5 years of related experience and/or equivalent
- 4+ years of strong performance in customer success management,
account management, sales, or other customer-facing role with B2B
SAAS customers in excess of $250,000 ARR.
- Experience building relationships with C-Suite executives of
Fortune 500+ companies or similar.
- Knowledge of the commercial and group health insurance
industry, or of insurance carriers is preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Driven and action-oriented with a sense of urgency.
- Passion for technology and customer success.
- Ability to quickly build trusting relationships with customers
