General Description:At National Safety Apparel, we provide innovative and high quality safety apparel to our customers to get them home safety, day after day. We're looking for an Account Manager to develop a comprehensive understanding of our customers' business needs and challenges and offer world class solutions and care. You'll work side-by-side with team members that are committed to creating amazing experiences for the people that wear our gear and our distributors that sell it. It's a fast-paced environment where we work together to make the magic happen. You'll focus on delivering results to our customers by:Supporting our sales team in the field and our customers in their day-to-day needs.Collaborating with departments throughout the company to get our customers the information they need in a timely manner.Responding to and qualifying inquiries from our website.Learning NSA's product line to build awareness of products with our customers and suggest alternatives and complementary options.Getting to know our customers. As a company that's acquired multiple companies, we have a diverse base of people wear and sell our garment.
