Full Time: Monday through Friday for 45+ hours per week.Reporting to the VP of Client Success, this position is responsible for managing, directing, and monitoring all operational aspects for an Early Out department servicing large healthcare providers across the nation. Additionally, this position is responsible for:-- Productivity, quality, and development of team-- Develops and produces ad-hoc reports for internal and external use-- Continually assess the efficiency of workflows, practices, and processes-- Communicate regularly with internal management and clients to ensure operations are functioning optimally

Requirements:
-- Bachelor's degree preferred-- 5+ years of direct management experience-- Detailed knowledge of third-party billing and collection processes-- Requires up to date knowledge of Federal legislation such as: Fair Debt Collection practices, Medicare billing requirements, Fraud and Abuse rulings, etc.-- Experience instilling and managing a highly motivated environment-- Requires proven analytical ability and organizational skills necessary to organize/assess information and provide recommendations based upon data analysis-- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to support interaction and participation in meetings with employees and clients-- In-depth knowledge of healthcare finance patient accounting principles and auditing We offer a competitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k (company match after 1 year), paid holidays, life insurance, and more!
