Job DescriptionThe OnShift Customer Success Project Manager
oversees various internal projects to ensure they align effectively
with the organization's mission and the strategic goals. The
Project Manager will then monitor the progress of several projects
within their program to make sure they follow this direction and
exceed these goals. The ideal candidate has the ability to set
clear vision, adept at simplifying the complex, and able to
collaborate well across a highly matrixed organization. The
successful candidate will possess a strong strategic approach,
analytical skills, project management experience, leadership
