Job DescriptionThe OnShift Customer Success Project Manager oversees various internal projects to ensure they align effectively with the organization's mission and the strategic goals. The Project Manager will then monitor the progress of several projects within their program to make sure they follow this direction and exceed these goals. The ideal candidate has the ability to set clear vision, adept at simplifying the complex, and able to collaborate well across a highly matrixed organization. The successful candidate will possess a strong strategic approach, analytical skills, project management experience, leadership ability, and cloud services industry knowledge. A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Defines and executed on internal projects initiated by leadership to support the transformation initiatives.
  • Conducts end to end program management of one or more programs containing multiple large projects, or portfolio management of a large scope entire portfolio that are company-wide, cross functional and/or strategic in nature.
  • May also manage one or more portfolios which includes identifying, prioritizing, authorizing, managing, and controlling projects, programs, and other related work to achieve strategic business objectives.
  • Directs cross functional teams to complete projects and program deliverables within allotted timeline and budget.
  • Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion project/program(s) across the entire organization.
  • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Conducts program meetings and is responsible for program tracking and analysis.
  • Ensures adherences to quality standards and reviews project/program deliverables.
  • Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team, including program/project management best practices.
  • Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in a SaaS or software development IT Project Management role
    • High-level management and leadership skills
